Processing Time

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact your local carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
